Job information
R&D Engineers
Job Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for the company's product research and development and product process formulation, and complete specific research and development work;

2) Operation and daily maintenance of test equipment;

3) The specific implementation of the test protocol, the collation and preliminary analysis of the experimental results;

4) Quality control and customer technical support of related products;

Job Requirements:

1) Major in polymer materials and composite materials, bachelor degree or above, master's degree or doctorate is preferred, excellent fresh graduates are welcome to apply;

2) Familiar with the relevant equipment and methods of polymer synthesis, modification, molding and testing;

3) Hope to devote themselves to the development of technology and product and technical support, and make achievements, with an open mind and a strong sense of innovation;

4) Good communication and teamwork skills.
Sales Engineers
Job Responsibilities:

1) Identify new business opportunities and convert them into actual sales, new projects or new customers;

2) Develop long-term business relationships with core customers;

3) Develop and nurture new customers or prospects;

4) Collect the latest industry information;

5) Organize technical exchanges between the company and customers;

6) Provide customers with technical support and consulting services;

Job Requirements:

1) Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in polymer materials and composite materials;

2) CET-4 or above;

3) Experience in technology development, market development or project development, with successful product or project promotion performance, and in-depth understanding of the application market of special engineering plastics, functional masterbatches, composite materials and other products is preferred.

4) Strong learning ability, good communication, strong negotiation skills;

5) Self-motivated and able to motivate others, able to work under pressure;

6) Fresh graduates who are interested in sales are also available.
